CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) is best kept out of direct sunlight & relatively cool when not in use, as the active molecule within this solution is already pre activated & thus more sensitive to direct sunlight (UV light) than its traditional sodium chlorite based counterpart. The fridge is the best place to keep the product between applications - the chlorine dioxide molecule will tend to off gas at temperatures above 8 degrees Celsius (46 Fahrenheit). As long as the bottle is kept cool & tightly capped between removing product from the bottle you will be fine.

CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) DOES NOT require on site activation prior to use, as the product is already completely activated (unlike traditional MMS). The CDS solution is made via the process of bubbling active chlorine dioxide gas through a base of slightly saline solution until complete saturation takes place - therefore NO FURTHER ACTIVATION is required. This question is one of the most commonly asked.

FACTS: Chlorine dioxide is a neutral chlorine compound, & is very different in every regard to the elemental chlorine - BOTH in its behavior & chemical structure. One of its most important qualities & the reason it is so useful is its high water solubility - especially in cold water. This gas does not hydrolyze when it dissolves in water - remaining a dissolved gas whilst in solution. Chlorine dioxide is roughly 10 times more soluble than chlorine when dissolved in water.

Note: DMSO (dimethyl Sulfoxide) will increase the efficacy of the chlorine dioxide molecule & can be used with this product as per the latest protocols.

The CDS Solution is standardized to a 3000 PPM saturation as per the requirements of the latest protocols.
